Our 60-minute training classes are held Monday to Saturday, early mornings, mornings and afternoon/evenings – every class is different – so you’ll never know what to expect and you’ll never get bored! As I mentioned before, all workouts are designed to suit your own personal fitness and comfort level. All you have to do is turn up and we take care of the rest!
Our classes focus on resistance training with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight exercises and a few machines. We show you how to exercise to speed up your metabolism, and fire-up your energy levels too!
