Are you feeling frustrated with your weight, diminishing energy levels or how you look?

Here at our Inspiring Strength in Women Studio we understand that all women are unique and we all have our very own personal health and fitness goals. 

We also believe that age and a slowing metabolism shouldn’t stop women from living a fit, strong, healthy and happy lifestyle.

Our coaches work with you to design a personal exercise and nutrition program to suit you individual needs and level of fitness. We are right beside you to ensure you are both comfortable and safe during workouts.

 

You’ll also be part of a wonderful supportive group of women, where you are encouraged to succeed every step of the way.

NUTRITION

At Inspiring Strength we understand that good Nutrition and Optimum Health and Fitness go hand-in-hand.

When you are eating well to fuel your body with great foods you will have the energy and vitality to tackle anything that comes your way.

Our Nutrition Coaching Program is designed to provide an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. 

Imagine how confident you’ll feel shopping in a supermarket or dining in a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat, to not only feel great, but to look great too! 

The internet is filled with mixed messages of diets, recipes, all kinds of plans, and other information.

It’s no wonder there is so much confusion out there!

We help you find a plan that will work for you.

A plan that’s simple to follow and simple to maintain with readily available whole foods – a plan you can live with!

OUR TRAINING

At Inspiring Strength no two workouts are the same.

We believe “Functional Training” is the most practical and useful type of training to help you achieve your best results fast! 

Functional training is a type of exercise/workout which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life.

We design your workouts using a combination of bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbell and slam ball exercises.

These give us the variety to keep your workouts fresh, fun and super effective. 

Our workouts are adapted to suit all fitness levels, from Beginners to Advanced.

We specialise in making you feel comfortable throughout all of your workouts.

Why we use a Kettlebell (2-20k Depending on your fitness)

• Kettlebells helps us combine strength and cardio training for a toned, lean body and terrific overall fitness results.

• Kettlebells develop functional strength, making everyday life easier, with a low impact on your joints.

  Kettlebells also help to increase flexibility, coordination and to improve balance and posture. 

• Kettlebells strengthen your tendons and ligaments, making the joints more robust and less susceptible to injury.

 

Why we use Dumbbells (2-10k Depending on your fitness)

• Dumbbells help develop muscular strength and endurance which improves your physical performance.

  They also help you gain lean muscle and lose body fat!

• Dumbbells add resistance to specific bodyweight exercises, making these exercises more challenging, thus increasing the training effect    and your great results!

• Using lighter dumbbells for compound movements improves your coordination between different body segments.

 

Why we use a Slam Ball (4-15k Depending on your fitness)

• Slam Balls help develop strength, speed, muscular endurance and explosive power, in turn helping you with everyday functional                  movements.

• Slam Ball training incorporates compound and functional movements which deliver fast results in building muscle and burning fat!

EARLY MORNING MASTERS

5:45am-6:45am

See the sun rise each morning from our gorgeous Upper Hermitage Studio, while you work on taking care of yourself. Feel amazing as you leave, invigorated and full of energy for the day ahead.

DAYTIME DEMONS

9:15-10:15am

Get AMAZING results with our weekday morning sessions. Make friends and enjoy all the support, guidance and encouragement you need for success, from your coaches and from your training buddies.

NIGHTLY NINJAS

5:00-7:00pm Weeknights

Recharge your body and mind from your day with our afternoon workouts. You'll never be bored with our variety of strength, cardio and metabolic sessions on offer. Leave feeling refreshed and de-stressed for the evening ahead.
